Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused, unworn where applicable, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

You will also need to provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos of the product or packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and let you know where to send the package.

Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect purchase, or other reasons not caused by GSHUANG, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise faulty item caused by GSHUANG, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for returns that are not caused by an error or defect on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please contact us at gshuang911@outlook.com and provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the problem and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Personalized or customized products
Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items that are missing their original packaging, tags, or accessories, where applicable
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, color, or style, the fastest option is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and certain exceptions.

If you exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period. The item should then be returned in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection requirements.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to customers under the laws of their country or region.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
